Coaching Can Impact a Range of Skills and Perspectives


Positive coaching employs novel tools and approaches that can help clients see the big picture, have motivation to pursue lofty goals, increase engagement, a sense of accomplishment and purpose; foster resilience, and increase empathy and feelings of safety, which activates the stress-reduction system.[1] Additionally, coaching can increase self-awareness, while decreasing self-limiting beliefs by employing multiple perspectives.[2]
